ZKS series Vacuum charging machine


Our company develops a new product -- the Vacuum Charging Machine which widely absorbs the good points of the same kind at home and abroad. At the moment, the machine is the most advanced and perfect vacuum conveyer equipment in conveying powder materials, particle materials and materials of blended powder and particle. It can automatically transport various kinds of raw materials into the hopper chute of some equipment such as the packing machine, the injection molding machine and the grinder. Since it puts the blended raw materials into the mixer, workers' intensity of labor is decreased and the problem that the dust is flowing out when adding the material is solved. The Vacuum Charging Machine is composed of vacuum pump(no oil, no water), stainless-steel charge mouth, transporting pipe, PE filter(or 316 stainless-steel filter), compressed air reversed-blow device, aerodynamic emptying door device, vacuum hopper chute and charge automatic control device. The whole system is rational and exquisite.



The Vacuum Charging Machine uses the swirl pump to extract the air to put the feed nozzle and the whole part in certain vacuum situation. Particle materials is inhaled into the feed nozzle accompanied by the outer air and forms materials air current going into the hoist through the gripping pipe. After the air and the materials are separated in the hoist, the raw materials go into the material receiving trough. Feeding materials -- emptying materials is completed by opening and closing unceasingly pneumatic change valve that is controlled by control centre.
The Vacuum Charging Machine has the compressed air reversed-blow device. When emptying the materials, compressed-air pulsar blows the filter reversely and blows away the powder attach to the surface of the filter in order to make the charge work normally.
